Metamorph: a world tour into contemporary architecture. A book to discover studies and projects by great architects.

Per la 9ª Mostra Internazionale di Architettura, abbiamo fatto un viaggio per mettere fare dialogare  i ragazzi con i protagonisti dell’architettura contemporanea:

Studio Odile Decq – Ampliamento MACRO, Museo d’Arte Contemporanea. Rome
Studio Peter Eisenman – Reinhardt Haus. Berlin
Studio EMBT – Eric Miralles e Benedetta Tagliabue: Mercato di Santa Caterina. Barcellona
Studio Juan Navarro Baldeweg – Universidad Pompeu Fabra. Barcellona
Studio Soriano – Palacio Euskalduna. Bilbao

By meeting the architects in their studios, the students were given an insight into their designs. They discovered different design methods, creation processes and ways of thinking: this was done by viewing maquettes and prototypes, together with workshops and architectural learning experiences. The result was a stimulating exchange, an itinerary of activities that was recorded in the book available to all. Have a look at the gallery of shots on flickr.
